    Is La Mansion prices per person or per room?
    Rates are always nightly per room not per person. Hotels differ, you will need to check whether the room includes breakfast.

    How do I search for available rooms?
    Home page will provide a Book Now section. After giving details you will get list of rooms sorted by availability and price. You then select rooms you require, finally proceed by clicking “make reservation” which will take you to the reservation area to provide your personal details.

    Why does La Mansion need my credit card details?
    Credit card information is requested for the purpose of securing the hotel reservation. Your credit card information will not be used to automatically collect payment for your hotel stay; it is only used to collect a penalty in the case of no-show or late cancellation. We will not charge your credit card in any way.

    How do I pay the hotel bill?
    You pay the hotel directly either in cash or credit card if accepted.

    Do I pay a cancellation fee?
    Yes La Mansion will charge a cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking well in advance. You will find the cancellation policies on the hotel booking form web page Refund / Cancellation Policy before confirming your booking.

    No, we will not charge you any reservation fee

    The hotel has to guarantee the reservation made though online booking

    How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
    A maximum of 8 rooms for 2BHK and 1 room for 1BHK  can be booked in one reservation. If you will need a group reservation for more than 8 rooms, please send an email to: info@mennenapartments.com

    How do I register?
    Registration is required. For the booking purpose you will be asked to provide personal information and credit card details which will be registered into a secure server. Immediately afterwards you will receive an email with your password. The password gives you access to your online account where you can view the status and details of your bookings and eventually modify or cancel them.

    Is this online booking is good for last-minute trips?
    Absolutely. We do recommend that you book at least 24 hours before your projected arrival date, if this is not possible it would be best to make a call to the reception of the hotel to make sure of your reservation.

    If I lose or forget my password?
    At the login page, click on 'Forgot password?', insert your email address with which you have registered, other details and the password will be sent to you by email.

    How many Suites/Rooms does the hotel have?
    The hotel comprises of 7 (2 Bedroom Suites) and 1 (1 Bedroom Suite). 30 rooms are under construction and will be ready by early 2009.

    At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?
    Guests are requested to check in after 2:00 pm on the day of the arrival and check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

    Can I check in early? Can I check out late?
    Our Check-in/Check-out is 24 Hrs. Gust can check-in/Check-out anytime, during day and night.

    Do you have interconnecting rooms?
    The hotel has no interconnecting rooms.

    Are safety deposit boxes available?
    All rooms are equipped with in-room safes. Furthermore, our Reception offers a safety deposit box facility.

    How many restaurants and bars does the hotel have?
    The Hotel has 1 multi cuisine restaurant,1 lounge bar (Nebula) and cafés.

    Can I make an online restaurant reservation?
    Please make a restaurant reservation request by sending an email to: info@mennenapartments.com. You will receive a confirmation letting you know whether your reservation has been confirmed.

    Is internet access available at the hotel?
    Guests can access high speed internet in cyber cafe for 24Hrs.

    What leisure facilities does the hotel have?
    Star Zone which is located on the ground floor of the hotel has a 4D Motion Simulator.Information about the hotel's leisure facilities is located on this Web site.

    Do you organise safaris and tours?
    Various companies organise a wide variety of activities, including city tours and visits to heritage sites in Goa. The Hotel Concierge will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for you.

    Are children welcome in the hotel?
    Children are more than welcome in the hotel. The hotel has entertainment area where in a 4D motion simulator can be enjoyed by the children.

    Is a babysitting service available?
    A professional babysitting service is available at an additional charge and it is recommended to book this service at least six hours in advance.
